Has 15 years experience in project management, offshore installation engineering and offshore operations for installation of rigid/flexible pipelines, subsea production systems, FPSOs and offshore platforms, etc. Works for contractors (TECHNIP, STOLT OFFSHORE) and oil companies (TOTAL, PERENCO). Consultant worldwide since 1995. Actually on a mission with TECHNIP FRANCE – Deputy Lead installation Engineer for Agbany Subsea Contract with CHEVRON for the installation in 2007/2008 of flexible risers / flowlines, umbilicals and subsea production systems tied back to a FPSO in 1400-1600 m water depth offshore Nigeria.

Born in 1940, graduated engineer in Mechanical Engineering from I.N.S.A. Lyon (1962), and in Natural Gas Engineering from E.A.T.G. Paris (1976). Has more than 30 years experience in processing, transmission and storage of liquid, liquefied and gaseous hydrocarbons both onshore and offshore. Was involved as a process and mechanical engineer and then as a project manager/director in design and construction of pipelines, sea-lines, terminals and gas processing plants. Then, spent 11 years as an Engineering Manager for design, development and operation of underground storage facilities world wide. Independent Oil & Gas Consultant since 2001, has been involved in the development of a crude oil field in Libya. Currently working on two major liquid hydrocarbon underground storage Projects for Singapore and India. Working languages : French, English and Spanish.

Quality Assurance Management Marseille EIA (97).He worked for 28 years for various companies : BEICIP, TRAVOCEAN, COFLEXIP, TECHNIP, Bouygues Offshore , STOLT Offshore. He is now consultant in Pipelines and Engineering of Offshore equipment

Jérôme Clave provides companies managerial assistance on projects devoted to improve energy competitiveness and lowering carbon footprint. He has 30 years  professionnal experience on projects and full time missions with industrial groups in the petroleum and petrochemical  sectors such as Exxon Mobil, Cabot or Evonik. As head of a chemical plant he has put in place a carbon dioxide emission control and management system and initiated an energy recovery projects for reducing emissions and fuel consumption. Specialist of Process engineering, he is now in charge of «Projects Management & Consultants» (PMC) Company.

Born in 1963, graduated engineer from ENSEEIHT in Fluids Mechanics (86), he has 15 years experience in pipeline and in oil and gas projects, from feasibility to detailed engineering and commissioning. His main areas of experience are : pipeline hydraulics, pump and compressor stations design, hydraulic analysis for LNG terminals and flow assurance.

He held field and management positions in R&D, Marketing and Sales in France , Europe, Africa and Middle-East. His main areas of experience are industrial lubricants development, engineering support, product line rationalization, business plan development and implementation, and supply chain optimization. He is currently occasional trainer at the Institut Francais du Pétrole in the area of Industrial Lubricants Marketing. He is available to provide training and expertise to existing or new lubricants operations in matured or emerging markets.

Born in 1947. Graduate engineer from ENSEEIHT Toulouse, in Civil Engineering (71). 30 years experience in pipeline design & engineering including terminals. Worked for OTP- SOFRESID as an offshore and onshore pipeline specialist, and for CIM (Compagnie Industrielle Maritime, Le Havre harbour) in oil and chemical bulk storage tank farm development. Independent Consultant since 1991, has been engaged in various pipelines projects worldwide for leading contractors, engineering firms and oil companies. Recently  a senior specialist with Sakhalin Energy Investment Co. (SHELL-led consortium) for the development of the Sakhalin 2 Project offshore and onshore pipeline system in Russia, now working with TOTAL for West Africa deep water developments.

Born in 1941, graduated from Ecole Supérieure d'Arts et Industrie de Strasbourg (Mechanics 66). He has34 years experience in a wide technical range of the gas industry (gas production, gas transmission, field operations, maintenance and engineering). He worked for 34 years with GAZ de FRANCE in the Production - Transmission Division, managing various gas projects in France, Algeria, Iran, Israel and Iraq. Since 1995 he has been managing with delegation of owner - manager several gas projects of pipelines, compressor stations, underground storage, liquefaction plants and terminals.

Eric Lenglet, born in 1953, has more than 25 years experience in process and technological  R&D in the energy field. Author of about 50 patents, he worked with NAT, BERTIN Technologies, and with IFP for the process definition and technological design of the Fischer-Tropsch process. Other main experiences concern, biomass drying, gas treatment, steam-cracking, heavy oils upgrading, biomass/coal conversion and slurry technologies. He provides companies technical assistance on industrial R&D, or expertises of technologies, or evaluation of the industrial value of a patents portfolio. He is graduated from ENSTA (industrial chemistry), ENSPM (refining), and also hold degrees in industrial property from CEIPI and EPO (European Patent Organization).

Supervisor, area head, area manager, formative and auditor, for ELF Atochem, Exxon Chemical, Total, Mobil, NIOC, Sonatra, Petrobras. Since 1996 he worked in free lance QHSE Manager in several projects in Iran to manage Quality and HSE – perfect knowledge of codes norms and rules to plan and coordinate the activities for workers on the sites and assist managers at steering committee reviews – training, animation on the working groups. Other tasks : QRA, HAZOP, FMEA, creator of the software safety 5 M HF

He worked during 16 years (80-92) as a pipeline software specialist for NOVA Corporation and COV-CAN Control Systems, Alberta Canada. He is now a consultant, working on all aspects of pipelines. His clients include IOC (Total), small size Oil companies (Maurel & Prom), pipeline service companies (Technipipe) and the European Commission.

Born in 1959, PhD degree in Geophysics 1984 (scholarship from ENS). Over 20 years experience in conception and realization of data acquisition hardware and interpretation. Since 1995 he has been an independent petroleum consultant in R&D. Prior to that, he served 14 years in the Logging (cased hole) and Intelligent Pigging industries, dealing with different responsibilities until he became a R&D manager and held several patents. Now, he is working to propose original hardware solutions (from physical studies to the prototype elaboration) to the new challenges, specially in the dynamic NDT (Non Destructive Test) corrosion control (in 1986 he introduced the EMAT concept in the intelligent pigging technology). S.Sainson also offers complex corrosion Logs analysis services with combined logging tools and in line inspection pig data. He is a petroleum expert too, in different national and international official instances.

He has 30 years experience in pipeline industry engineering (SOFREGAZ) including all attached facilities (pumping, compressor stations, terminals, SCADA, tank farm, salt cavities). He managed various projects (EPCM or EPC) in many countries : Algeria, Irak, Ireland, Russia. From 1995 on he has been involved in business development in Algeria, Azerbaidjan, China, Ireland, UK, France. Independent consultant he specialises in expertise and business development in Algeria, Ireland, UK, France.

He has gained 32 years experience with SOFREGAZ in engineering of land and sub sea Oil and Gas transmission pipelines including attached facilities ( pumping compressors, pressure regulating and metering stations, SCADA, above ground and under ground storages ). He held various positions in France and abroad from project engineer, construction supervisor, project and construction manager to head of the transmission pipeline department. He left SOFREGAZ in 2005 and is now independent Consultant in Oil and Gas pipeline engineering including risk analysis and integrity management.
