The ACP network brings you as well a privileged relationship with the other partners involved in the various areas of the oil & gas industry. It allows you to define, with the Steering cell, a group strategy, and to foresee potential mutualisation of your efforts.In that manner, procurement notices, for multiple competences, could be answered for example in the training area (engineering & management of training project and/or center). Similarly consortium between ACP partners are implemented to apply to the international funding audit projects (such as Tacis for the European Commission)
Activity oil & gas training.
The market demand grows, for example « Total will launch training centers in Nigeria, au Congo, Gabon and Angola , and is looking for partner companies to engineer these centers from grass root» . In Angola, in particular, the need for educated work force is far over the one identified by Total and our offer, 3 years ago, to launch a Petroleum/IUT addresses this increasing requirement. We are also in communication with the CNPC to identify how to assist them in training the technical staff that will be involved in the commissioning, operation & maintenance of the new refinery in Chad. In CIS, mega projects for the expansion & renewal of the pipeline network will attract new training players in the region.
Activity pipeline audit.
Our pipeline group, based on the experiences of the Association des Consultants Pétrolier, is specialised in the engineering, the inspection and the maintenance of oil & gas pipelines and storages. It’s structured around the following partner companies :
- Technipipe, (www.technipipe.com/) this company has a comprehensive experience and savoir faire in the pipeline technical audits and in line inspections (using magnetic and ultrasonic intelligent pigs).
- CORIALIS Engineers, (www.corialis.fr) is a consultancy and technical assistance service company built in 2002 to answer the market need for qualified professional in oil & gas exploration, engineering, construction, operation and maintenance.
- AETS (www.aets-europe.fr/) is a consultancy company, affiliate of the Apave group, dedicated to international projects for capacity building, risk management and sustainable development in energy fields.
- GEOREX, (www.georex.com) is a service company specialised in the development (exploration) and the operation of oil & gas fields.
- POS-Industry, (www.pos-industry.com) is a service company specialised in the implementation of instrumentation & systems (such as Scada) and the management of the maintenance (CMMS).
Thanks to this alliance we have applied and participated to Central Asia pipelines projects financed by the European Community (Tacis program) as well as the World Bank and ADB.
Recently we have elaborated a technical approach to address the gas leakage in the CIS transit pipelines.
