Has 32 years of experience in Offshore Field Development (with ETPM, McDermott-ETPM, StoltOffshore).
Held various positions as engineer, estimator, project and department manager, controller, in France and in Arabian-Persian Gulf,
was Regional Manager (West Africa) ; then was VP Strategic Planing & R&D (ETPM, in Paris, 97-99) ; Director of Technology (Stolt Offshore, London, 2000) ;
and Chairman and CEO of Paragon Litwin S.A. and Director of Paragon Engineering Services Inc. in Houston (Engineering subsidiaries of Stolt Offshore, 2001-2004).
Offers management or consultancy services in Business Development, Operational Audits, Management of Major Projects or Affiliates, Strategy, Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestments, Training in the field of Engineering,

QHSE MANAGER
Born in 1956, graduated M.B.A. from I.U.M. (International Institute of Management).
Qualified I.R.C.A. auditor and trainer also Inspector level 1 - Boilers & Pressure Vessels and qualified Cofrend X Ray & LTP.
He has a wide experience in projects EPIC and EPC from 1978 in the world.
Supervisor, area head, area manager, formative and auditor with ELF Atochem, Exxon Chemical, Total, Mobil, NIOC, Sonatra, Petrobras, Sonara.
Since 1996 he worked as a free lance QHSE Manager on several projects in Iran to manage quality and HSE during the entire project life and to ensure the implementation systems -
perfect knowledge of codes, norms, and rules to plan and coordinate the activities for workers on the sites and assist managers at steering commitee review - training animation on the working groups.
Other tasks : inquiry and risks QRA, HAZOP, FMEA. Creator of the software "SAFETY 5M HF".
INSURANCE SURVEYS AND RISK
ANALYSIS
Born in 1956, graduated from Ecole
Polytechnique (X-75) and ENSPM (IFP-79) worked 3 years as a Field
Engineer within SCHLUMBERGER Wireline Logging, in Tierra del Fuego,
South America. Since 1983, insurance surveyor : 15 years within
ORCAL, and since 1999 within ERGET : warranty and claim surveys,
loss adjustment, risks analysis, professional liability. Offshore
works (mobile and fixed platforms, pipeline laying, towing, heavy
lift...), drilling (oil & gas, geothermics...), marine
activities (hull and machinery, P.& I.).
HSE ADVISER AND TRAINING COORDINATOR
Born in 1953, graduated from ENSPM (1953).
Since 1974 he workeds in the Drilling Oil Industry in various countries.
He worked 12 years in the Drilling operational environment up to Tool Pusher level offshore and onshore.
From 1988 he worked as an HSE Adviser in charge of Training and Personel coordination.
Since 1999 he is working as a Human Ressources Manager involved in personel, recruting and training, as presently in Brazil in charge of 1200 people.
Most of his career was spent overseas. He was involved in various new projects of construction,
especially on recruiting, training and integrating local personel in various countries.
His working languages are English, French and Portuguese.
EXPERT IN PROJECTS
MANAGEMENT AND LOGISTICS
Born in 1948, graduated from Ecole
Supérieure d'Electricité (SUPELEC - 73), he worked for 25 years in
oil and gas exploration with SCHLUMBERGER group. He held various
positions in management, operations, technique, sales, quality,
safety and training in the logging and testing business, mainly in
Africa, MiddleEast and Europe. He is now a private consultant,
working in France and abroad. He has developed a particular
expertise in projects management, logistics, technical support,
training and has got a good knowledge of the exportations procedures
to US. embargoed countries like Libya, Iran etc.
EXPERT IN OCEANOGRAPHY AND
OFFSHORE SERVICES
Born in 1947, he followed high
studies in Oceanography before joining the French Navy Hydrographic
Service, then received his specialization in Geophysics with the
IFP. In 1973 he worked with INGEMER and then with SESAM. During 10
years he was responsible of various studies related with new
Harbours and Offshore structures implantation, Oceanographical
studies, Geophysics, Soil studies, involving data acquisition,
processing and reporting. He was in charge of branches implantation
in Africa, south America and Middle East. After 12 years of Survey
Departments Management with Subtec Survey Services, he decided to
create his own Company, the EMIRATES TRANSWORLD EQUIPMENT,
specialised in the provision of Offshore Specialists and Technical
Assistance. He frequently provided his own services to Petroleum
Companies or Contractors as a consultant to prepare calls for
tenders, survey procedures, analysis of survey results and
recommendations.
QUALITY, SAFETY, MAINTENANCE, ENVIRONMENT
Born in 1945, graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Physique et Chimie Industrielles de Paris (69).
He workerd during 25 years for Honeywell (process control leader) in implementation and support of instrumentation and system
for oil & gas plants (upstream, downstream). One of his main focuses was Turkey and Central Asia
business development with leverage from support servises (training, maintenance).
Since 1987 he has been acting as a service business development project manager in the African Guinea gulf and in Central Asia
for various companies including Ipedex (during 4 years), and has been registered as European Consultant on PHARE & TACIS programs
for energy. He is currently an independent consultant targeting training and support services projects in Africa and Central Asia
WELL SERVICES, PRODUCTION
FACILITIES, MAINTENANCE, PROJECTS MANAGEMENT
Born in 1946, he has a wide
experience in oil industry services, operations & maintenance,
projects coordination, training management, most of his career was
spent overseas in Middle East, Africa and South America. He has
worked 11 years with FLOPETROL SCHLUMBERGER. He then joined
geoservices for 12 years, and SCHLUMBERGER WL&T in 1995,
acquiring a multidisciplinary experience in production services (Early
Production facilities), projects engineering, construction and
training. Freelance consultant since 2001, highly motivated to
continue his career accepting expatriation. Languages are, English
Spanish and French.
FINANCIAL ANALYST ENERGY
SECTOR
Born in 1942. Aerospace engineer from
the university of Liège, Belgium (1965) ; Degree in statistics from
the ISUP, Paris (1968) ; Master of Science in economics, London
School of Economics (1974) . After an international career as an
economist, including two years as an advisor to the Finance Minister
of Ivory Coast, switched to financial (investment) analysis in 1985.
Has successfully worked for 16 years (until mid 2000) with
stockbrokers in Paris. He specialises in oil and oilfield services
companies, both large and small, listed or not on the stock market .
Keeps now doing the same as an independent analyst, targeting the
smaller companies of the sector. He can help them with jobs for
which they would not like to call a banker, still less an investment
banker : financial studies, helping with communication policy,
market research, ...
LOG ANALYST - EXPERT IN
COMPUTER SERVICE
Born in 1941, graduated engineer from
Ecole Centrale de Nantes (65), he has additional diplomas in physics
and business management. He worked 18 years with Schlumberger, where
he hold technical commercial and managerial positions. Managed a
data processing center for log interpretation and created, then
managed a school for log analysts. Has published several
interpretation papers. His international experience is mainly in
North and West Africa, Europe and Asia. Has held management and
consulting positions in computer service companies in USA and
France. Presently Consultant in computer and oil services.
PETROCHEMIST - EXPERT IN
INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION BETWEEN SCIENCE AND INDUSTRY
Born in 1940, graduated from the Moscow Technological Institute (chemical technology engineer),
PHD in petrochemistry from the Institute of Petrochemical Syntheses (Academy of Sciences of the USSR),
where he worked for 13 years in R&D. He joined UNESCO (Paris) as an international civil servant in the Science Sector in 1979
where he was in charge of the development of international cooperation between science and and industry.
In this respect, he created and developed the UNISPAR programmes (University Science Industry Partnerchip)
and the Environment Engineering Programme. Retired from UNESCO in 1995 he is now a freelance international consultant
in the area of technical-economical relations between important French Groups (TECHNIP, SAGEM, GTMH, RENAULT, ...)
and the ex-USSR countries. He has substantial experience and relationship with high Russian Petro/Gas Industry administration
and professionals (Regions of Moscow, Saint Petersbourg, Tioumen, Tomsk, Yaroslav, Yakoutsk, ...). Fluent in English, French and Russian.
