Jean-Michel BERTOLERO

Graduated from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Rennes (1974), he has 40 years experience in the oil and gas industry. He has been involved in studies for fatal gas recovery in Algeria and trans Siberian gas pipeline chilling stations (Sofregaz). Working for Black Sivalls & Bryson he was in charge of design, construction of gas treatment units such as dehydration, desulfurization, platform separation modules, heaters. After 10 years as deputy project manager for several Feed/Basic design of surface facilities for liquid & gas hydrocarbon storages he finally spent 11 years as engineering manager for design, construction, operation of underground storage facilities world wide. Guy FLORIN

Born in 1951, graduated from ICAM Lille, France (75) in mechanical engineering. He has 30 years experience in fuels and lubricants marketing and distribution with MOBIL OIL then EXXONMOBIL. He held field and management positions in R&D, Marketing and Sales in France , Europe, Africa and Middle-East. His main areas of experience are industrial lubricants development, engineering support, product line rationalization, business plan development and implementation, and supply chain optimization. He is currently occasional trainer at the Institut Francais du Pétrole in the area of Industrial Lubricants Marketing. François GAUSSENT

Graduated from Ecole Supérieure d’Arts et Industrie de Strasbourg (Mechanics 66). He has34 years experience in a wide technical range of the gas industry (gas production, gas transmission, field operations, maintenance and engineering). He worked for 34 years with GAZ de FRANCE in the Production – Transmission Division, managing various gas projects in France, Algeria, Iran, Israel and Iraq. Since 1995 he has been managing with delegation of owner – manager several gas projects of pipelines, compressor stations, underground storage, liquefaction plants and terminals. Alain MALINGREY

Born in 1956, graduated M.B.A. from IUM ( International Institute of Management ), Qualified IRCA auditor and trainor also inspector level 1 – Boilers & Pressure Vessels and qualified Cofrend X Ray & LPT. Has a wide experience in projects EPIC and EPC from 1978 in the world. Supervisor, area head, area manager, formative and auditor, for ELF Atochem, Exxon Chemical, Total, Mobil, NIOC, Sonatra, Petrobras. Since 1996 he worked in free lance QHSE Manager in several projects in Iran to manage Quality and HSE – perfect knowledge of codes norms and rules to plan and coordinate the activities for workers on the sites and assist managers at steering committee reviews – training, animation on the working groups. Tayeb MANAA

Born in 1972, graduated from IAP (Institut Algérien du Pétrole ). Worked 20 years for oil and gas industry as LNG and process engineer and 12 years in production for Sonatrach. Held various positions in production development. Gilbert MAYOR de MONTRICHER

Gilbert de Montricher graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique (65), is a PhD in Mathematical Science from Rice University, Houston Texas (73). He worked during 16 years (80-92) as a pipeline software specialist for NOVA Corporation and COV-CAN Control Systems, Alberta Canada. He is now a consultant, working on all aspects of pipelines. Philippe PINON

Born in 1953, studies in Rouen University, Sciences Section. Computer analyst at Control Data Institute.Production Project management and Quality Certification ISO 9000 at Centre d’Etudes Supérieures Industrielles. He has a long and worldwide experience as Project Coordinator, QA/QC Manager for oil and engineering companies, in wells, pipelines and refineries projects . Stephane SAINSON

Born in 1959, PhD degree in Geophysics 1984 (scholarship from ENS). Over 20 years experience in conception and realization of data acquisition hardware and interpretation. Since 1995 he has been an independent petroleum consultant in R&D. Prior to that, he served 14 years in the Logging (cased hole) and Intelligent Pigging industries, dealing with different responsibilities until he became a R&D manager and held several patents. Now, he is working to propose original hardware solutions (from physical studies to the prototype elaboration) to the new challenges, specially in the dynamic NDT (Non Destructive Test) corrosion control (in 1986 he introduced the EMAT concept in the intelligent pigging technology). S.Sainson also offers complex corrosion Logs analysis services with combined logging tools and in line inspection pig data. He has 30 years experience in pipeline industry engineering (SOFREGAZ) including all attached facilities (pumping, compressor stations, terminals, SCADA, tank farm, salt cavities). He managed various projects (EPCM or EPC) in many countries : Algeria, Irak, Ireland, Russia. From 1995 on he has been involved in business development in Algeria, Azerbaidjan, China, Ireland, UK, France. Jacques TALARMIN

Graduated from University of West Britanny (MS and DEA, Physics of Oceans). He has gained 32 years experience with SOFREGAZ in engineering of land and sub sea Oil and Gas transmission pipelines including attached facilities ( pumping compressors, pressure regulating and metering stations, SCADA, above ground and under ground storages ). He held various positions in France and abroad from project engineer, construction supervisor, project and construction manager to head of the transmission pipeline department.
