Floating Structures Islands MPP. Masters degree in Naval Architecture Hydrodynamics joined SAFIER INGENIERIE sas after leaving “Grand Ecoles” university. He has been involved as a team member and project director of oil and gas to renewables as part of the expert technical cross-energy solutions team. He has extensive experience in floating renewables from innovation and patents to detailed engineering. Kevin based in Paris office was the project leader of BGF at SIsas leading a dedicated team of structures hydrodynamics moorings anchors. He is joint project leader (Naval architecture hydrodynamics) of the ongoing GAZELLE Wind Power FOWT project  installation 2023 with a dedicated team of structures hydrodynamics moorings anchors.

Christian AVERT

Christian Avert is a senior expert with more than 25 years of experience (SECOMAT Ingénierie Industrielle) in Oil & Gas (Upstream, natural gas transportation and storages facilities) through the projects and business development, with a complete knowledge of key market players (TOTAL and affiliates, GRTgaz, ENGIE, TEREGA / TIGF)) and associated ‘Good Engineering Practices’. Christian asked for to join us to be in touch with high skills engineers and managers to share know-how and information. Alderic BLANC

Renewables Wind Wave Hydrogen . Masters degree in Civil Structural Materials Engineering joined SAFIER INGENIERIE sas after leaving “Grand Ecoles” university. He has been involved as a team member and leader of oil and gas, nuclear to renewables as part of the expert technical cross-energy solutions team. Alderic based in Spain office has extensive experience in renewables innovation including hydrogen to detailed engineering and is innovating concepts in floating renewables and nuclear. He is joint project leader (mooring system including R&D testing, patented by GAZELLE) of the ongoing GAZELLE Wind Power FOWT project  installation 2023 with a dedicated team of structural and material engineers.

Thibaud CADIEU

Graduated from Edhec Business School (2007), Thibaud is an expert in deploying drilling & upstream teams in challenging and remote areas. He has worked for Technip and the upstream staffing behemoth NES Fircroft before taking the helm of XWells Mexico. He has built teams of hundreds of expats in the Middle East, West Africa, North & Latin America. He is currently based in Mexico where the drilling activity is intense (land, Shallow & Deep waters) following the 2013 Energy Reform, and where the 2020 outsourcing law makes upstream activities particularly challenging. He currently services IOCs and Pemex. Languages are French, English and Spanish.

Marie-Louise CASADEMONT

A former student of the Ecole Polytechnique and Engineer des Mines de Paris, Marie-Louise Casademont began her career at Gaz de France in 1979 by exercising operational and engineering responsibilities on an underground storage site in development, then operation and industrial safety for liquefied natural gas terminals.

She was responsible for the management of gas contracts between Gaz de France and ELF-TOTAL, after four years of strategic studies for the Transport Department of Gaz de France, in the context of European energy liberalization, she became Deputy Director of Budget-Management Control-HSE of the Engineering Projects Department in charge of the construction of gas installations, then still in Gaz de France, she created the function of sustainable development director of the new gas transport subsidiary GRTgaz, and moved to Morocco as an energy-climate-sustainable development consultant with the Ministry of Energy. , Mines, Water and Environment. Here she adviced Morocco for its climate and sustainable development strategies.

From 2014, she continued this consultancy activity with the Arclès consultance. In 2020, she carried out an important mission for Tunisia with the Tunisian firm STEG which seeks to secure its gas supplies.

Malika ELASSILI

Consulting engineer in decarbonization graduated in chemistry. She began her career with a gas producer then joined the Ipedex / Spie Group on quality assignments, particularly with the French Petroleum Institute (ISO 9001 certification), before spending 15 years in the oil & gas branch on various support and operational functions (QHSE – performance – CSR & carbon footprint – risks & project management and management of profit centers in downstream & upstream). Since 2021, as consultant, within ACP Energies, she has contributed, in partnership in particular with Eosys and several experts, to study, monitoring and analysis work around hydrogen, decarbonization, a responsible circular approach and energy transition issues in particular in the hydrocarbon industry with a focus on carbon capture and sequestration (CCS).

Guy MIESZCZAK

après 30 ans dans l’Oil & Gas (deep offshore, rigs, refineries, petrochemical plants) a créé sa société spécialisée dans la conduite globale de grands projets industriels. Elle s’organise autour de trois métiers : La gestion de projet / la construction d’ouvrages et des biens industriels à fort contenu technologique / les services dont la maintenance industrielle et le développement numérique des entreprises (technologie et changement d’organisation).

Jacques PIGNAULT

Engineer and doctor of science, he has first worked for an engineering company for large projects for about twenty years. Then he specialized in the field of risk management, particularly in the area of Human factor. His intervention area covers the hardware, information, organizational and human devices for monitoring and risk control (preventive as well as palliative ; permanent organization, crisis escalating, crisis management, back to normal). The missions he take on are either consulting services or seminar animations. As his English is not so nice, he would rather work with French speaking persons.
