Malika ELASSILI

Consulting engineer in decarbonization graduated in chemistry. She began her career with a gas producer then joined the Ipedex / Spie Group on quality assignments, particularly with the French Petroleum Institute (ISO 9001 certification), before spending 15 years in the oil & gas branch on various support and operational functions (QHSE – performance – CSR & carbon footprint – risks & project management and management of profit centers in downstream & upstream). Since 2021, as consultant, within ACP Energies, she has contributed, in partnership in particular with Eosys and several experts, to study, monitoring and analysis work around hydrogen, decarbonization, a responsible circular approach and energy transition issues in particular in the hydrocarbon industry with a focus on carbon capture and sequestration (CCS).

Guy FLORIN

Born in 1951, graduated from ICAM Lille, France (75) in mechanical engineering. He has 30 years experience in fuels and lubricants marketing and distribution with MOBIL OIL then EXXONMOBIL. He held field and management positions in R&D, Marketing and Sales in France , Europe, Africa and Middle-East. His main areas of experience are industrial lubricants development, engineering support, product line rationalization, business plan development and implementation, and supply chain optimization. He is currently occasional trainer at the Institut Francais du Pétrole in the area of Industrial Lubricants Marketing. He is available to provide training and expertise to existing or new lubricants operations in matured or emerging markets.

Jean Louis GAILLARD

Graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Physique et chimie Industrielle de Paris (69). He worked during 25 years for Philips (optimisation of cement plants) & Honeywell (process control leader) in implementation and supports of instrumentation and system for oil & gas plants (upstream, downstream). One of his main focuses was Turkey and Central Asia business development with leverage from support services (training, maintenance). Since 1987 he has been acting as a service business development project manager for various companies including IPEDEX (Détaché in Africa for 4 years).  For the African Mining sector, he worked in Senegal (ICS), Congo (Potash) and Gabon (Eramet/Comilog).  He is currently an independent consultant targeting In Country Value (HR & local entreprises) in Africa (Algeria, Senegal, Mauritania, Ghana, Congo, Gabon, Angola, Mozambique).

François GAUSSENT

Graduated from Ecole Supérieure d’Arts et Industrie de Strasbourg (Mechanics 66). He has34 years experience in a wide technical range of the gas industry (gas production, gas transmission, field operations, maintenance and engineering). He worked for 34 years with GAZ de FRANCE in the Production – Transmission Division, managing various gas projects in France, Algeria, Iran, Israel and Iraq. Since 1995 he has been managing with delegation of owner – manager several gas projects of pipelines, compressor stations, underground storage, liquefaction plants and terminals.

Tayeb MANAA

Born in 1972, graduated from IAP (Institut Algérien du Pétrole ). Worked 20 years for oil and gas industry as LNG and process engineer and 12 years in production for Sonatrach. Held various positions in production development. Was involved as process leader, commissioning.  Has a wide experience in raw gas treatment, LPG and LNG extraction, oil treatment, process machinery operation.

Gilbert MAYOR de MONTRICHER

Gilbert de Montricher, graduate from the Ecole Polytechnique (65) and PhD from Rice University, worked for TransCanada pipelines in Canada and SFDM in France. From his control of all aspects of pipeline modelling, he now consults on pipeline software (SCADA, pipeline control, leak detection) and pipeline pre-project (generating an engineering design, financially optimum, from a mere definition of the transport project). His clients include IOC (Total, Hess Oil ), French Oil companies (Maurel & Prom), pipeline service companies (Technipipe) and the European Commission.

Philippe PINON

Born in 1953, studies in Rouen University, Sciences Section. Computer analyst at Control Data Institute.Production Project management and Quality Certification ISO 9000 at Centre d’Etudes Supérieures Industrielles. He has a long and worldwide experience as Project Coordinator, QA/QC Manager for oil and engineering companies, in wells, pipelines and refineries projects . He has practical experience of API material (wells and pipelines onshore and offshore) and instrumentation, vessels, exchangers, pigs facilities, mechanics.

Jacques TALARMIN

Graduated from University of West Britanny (MS and DEA, Physics of Oceans). He has gained 32 years experience with SOFREGAZ in engineering of land and sub sea Oil and Gas transmission pipelines including attached facilities ( pumping compressors, pressure regulating and metering stations, SCADA, above ground and under ground storages ). He held various positions in France and abroad from project engineer, construction supervisor, project and construction manager to head of the transmission pipeline department. He left SOFREGAZ in 2005 and is now independent Consultant in Oil and Gas pipeline engineering including risk analysis and integrity management.
