Yves DERVIEUX

After 20 years of experience in the fields of intervention, he continued his career within the Gesip training association for 14 years. The various functions he held (intervention manager, operations manager, senior trainer, then quality manager, HSE, development and pedagogical) allowed him to acquire solid operational and technical experience, both in the fields of intervention and crisis management. Currently an independent consultant, his know-how allows him to develop and deliver intervention and crisis management training on request. In addition, it is able to meet targeted needs during specific missions in France or abroad (Onshore or Offshore).

Malika ELASSILI

Consulting engineer in decarbonization graduated in chemistry. She began her career with a gas producer then joined the Ipedex / Spie Group on quality assignments, particularly with the French Petroleum Institute (ISO 9001 certification), before spending 15 years in the oil & gas branch on various support and operational functions (QHSE – performance – CSR & carbon footprint – risks & project management and management of profit centers in downstream & upstream). Since 2021, as consultant, within ACP Energies, she has contributed, in partnership in particular with Eosys and several experts, to study, monitoring and analysis work around hydrogen, decarbonization, a responsible circular approach and energy transition issues in particular in the hydrocarbon industry with a focus on carbon capture and sequestration (CCS).

Eric FLEURIVAL

Graduated from EM Strasbourg Business School & EM Lyon Business School, he has a large experience in I.T. services, maintenance, and projects management in Congo, Tunisia and France.
After working 10 years with Dutch, German, American and French associates, he creates his own company in 2011 ;
He works with industrial companies to improve preventive maintenance and installations avalaibility (Bayern Oil, Solvay, Soco-Congo, etc.).
His company implements mobiles solutions for ex-proof tablets, to do technical rounds.
Oil & Gas and offshore wind power companies can use them, mainly Techni Rondes.

Jean-Louis GAILLARD

Graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Physique et chimie Industrielle de Paris. He worked during 25 years for Honeywell (process control leader) in implementation and supports of instrumentation and system for oil & gas plants (upstream, downstream). One of his main focuses was Turkey and Central Asia business development with leverage from support services (training, maintenance). Since 1987 he has been acting as a service business development project manager in the African Guinea gulf and in Central Asia for various companies including IPEDEX (during 4 years) and has been registered as European Consultant on PHARE & TACIS programs for energy. He is currently an independent consultant targeting training and support services projects in Africa and Central Asia.

Dominique GROS

Graduated from Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse (79). He worked during 25 years for Shell : project engineer, production manager of several petrochemical units, then human ressources manager in charge of training and of recruitment. Then during 6 years he managed a training company specialized in crisis management for oil and gas industries. He is currently an independent consultant. Louis HEUZE

Born in 1948, Postgraduate in Applied Geophysics from Paris-Jussieu University (1970) and Drilling /Production Petroleum Engineer from ENSPM (1971), fluent in English and Spanish, he held various positions in TOTAL from February 1973 until 2012 : onshore and offshore Operations Manager, Head of R&D in Drilling, Head of Internal Communication, Business Development for Middle East and Africa, General Manager in Congo and Brunei, Senior VP HSSE-SD Upstream. Maurice JOYAUX

Graduated engineer from “Arts et Métiers” French school (Paris, 1963). Spent 30 years with Shell International as manager for Inspection, Maintenance and HSE of plants and pipelines. Presently Petroleum Consultant with M.I.C. (Maintenance-Inspection-Conseil, his own company) for developing risk analysis, integrity management, environmental impact studies for oil pipelines, chemical plants and refineries. Has large experience in oil spill responses inclusive of contingency plans, emergency responses and related training courses particularly in West Africa for Exxon, Total, Arkema, IPIECA/OMI.

Philippe LAFLAQUIERE

He spend more than 30 years on Offshore & Onshore Production fields (Rigs/O&G Plants/ FPSO ) often under SIMOPS then on Construction and Commissioning -Start up projects. Jean-Pierre LILLO

Born in 1945, graduated from ENSAM (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers : Aix 1965).Worked 8 years for the petrochemical industry has mechanical and process engineer and then 20 years in the Exploration Production for ELF and then TOTAL. Held various positions in the production and development directions. Involved as process leader, commissioning and start-up assistant manager for numerous offshore and onshore projects (ZUIDWAL/Holland, ELGIN FRANKLIN/UK, … DOLPHIN/Qatar). He took part of the operators training of these projects before and during plants start-up. Has also managed the process/method and production department in France and Gabon. Has a wide experience in raw gas treatment, Gas and liquid sweetening, Sulphur recovery, Dehydration, LPG extraction, Oil treatment …. process machinery operation.

Jean MONEROL

Born in 1964, based in France, he has 32 years of experience in QHSE positions at CGG (geophysical services, seismic acquisition), ending as Group QHSE VP, intervening in more than 60 countries. Born in 1941, graduated engineer from Ecole Centrale de Nantes (1965), MBA (Nantes, 1966), and PhD in Earth Sciences (Montpellier, 2008). He worked 18 years with Schlumberger, where he held technical commercial and managerial positions. Managed a data processing centre for log interpretation and created, then managed a school for log analysts. Has published several petrophysics and geology papers. His international experience is mainly in North and West Africa, Europe, and Asia. Has held management and consulting positions in computer service companies in USA and France. Presently Consultant in computer and oil services.

Jacques PIGNAULT

Engineer and doctor of science, he has first worked for an engineering company for large projects for about twenty years. Then he specialized in the field of risk management, particularly in the area of Human factor. His intervention area covers the hardware, information, organizational and human devices for monitoring and risk control (preventive as well as palliative ; permanent organization, crisis escalating, crisis management, back to normal). The missions he take on are either consulting services or seminar animations. As his English is not so nice, he would rather work with French speaking persons.
